How it works

  1. 1. Capture the old site

Snapshot status codes, titles, headings, canonicals and robots directives of the pages that exist today.

  2. 2. Scan staging

Check the replacement at the paths you plan to use, without expecting live redirects yet.

  3. 3. Review the URL map

Approve keep, redirect and removal decisions. Import or export CSV. Nothing is silently sent to the homepage.

  4. 4. Fix and rerun

Prioritized findings with evidence. Approve intentional changes; only a successful recheck resolves an issue.

  5. 5. Verify production

After launch, request the original URLs again and confirm redirects, destinations and indexability.

  6. 6. Export the report

A frozen, branded PDF plus CSVs that state exactly what was checked — and what wasn't.

Supported checks

  • Missing mapped pages (404/410)
  • Server errors and redirect loops
  • Wrong or temporary redirects after launch
  • Redirect chains
  • Production noindex in HTML or headers
  • robots.txt restrictions
  • Canonicals pointing to staging or the wrong page
  • Changed or missing titles and H1s
  • Broken and redirecting internal links
  • Verified intentional removals

Scope, honestly

PixelReplica reads public HTML. Browser-rendered JavaScript is not supported in this version, and password-protected staging sites are out of scope. Each scan covers up to 250 pages per environment (50 by default), respects robots.txt and sends at most one request per second. Reports state exactly what was checked; we don't guarantee rankings, indexing or traffic.

How the free beta works

Free while in beta, with no payment details. Each account can run one scan at a time and start up to 10 scans per day.
